Al Jurf sits on the coast road between the two cities, with Yas Island 25 minutes away and both Zayed International and Al Maktoum International airports around 30 minutes by car. Saadiyat Island and Dubai International Airport are about 45 minutes away, close enough for the city and far enough for quiet.

IMKAN Properties

IMKAN Properties is the Abu Dhabi developer behind Al Jurf, a coastal destination planned around its landscape rather than over it. The company is known for placemaking: communities designed around wellbeing, heritage and the natural setting they sit in.

Alongside Al Jurf and its communities, Naseem AlJurf, Kayan and Al Jurf Gardens, IMKAN is developing SHA Emirates, Nudra, Makers District and Sheikha Fatima Park.

Al Jurf Gardens is part of Al Jurf, a 380-hectare coastal destination by IMKAN on the Sahel Al Emarat coast between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It combines villas, townhouses and apartments with a private beach, private marina, a 4.36 km canal and a mature ghaf forest.

Al Jurf is developed by IMKAN Properties, the Abu Dhabi developer also behind SHA Emirates, Nudra, Makers District and Sheikha Fatima Park.

Naseem AlJurf offers canal villas, townhouses and apartments. Kayan offers four and five-bedroom Rawya and Rihal villas. Al Jurf Gardens Phases One and Two feature Budoor, Joud, Shaden and Badya villas and signature villa plots.

Apartments start from AED 1M, townhouses from AED 2.8M and villas from AED 4.1M. Prices depend on the community, unit type and release.

Payment plans start with 10% on signing. Naseem AlJurf offers plans from 40/60 to 70/30 as well as full payment at a special rate, and Kayan offers 30/70 and 40/60 plans and post-handover plans over two or three years.

Al Jurf is in Ghantoot, Abu Dhabi, on the coast between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Yas Island is about 25 minutes away; Zayed International Airport, Al Maktoum International Airport and Atlantis The Palm about 30 minutes; Saadiyat Island and Dubai International Airport about 45 minutes.
