Naseem AlJurf is a residential community by IMKAN within Al Jurf, on the Sahel Al Emarat coast between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It combines 111 villas, 60 townhouses and eight apartment buildings with a plaza, a park and a mosque beside the Al Jurf canal.
Naseem AlJurf offers four villa collections, two townhouse designs and apartments: Canal and Acacia villas with five bedrooms, Somer and Tala villas with four bedrooms, AlGhaf and Sikka townhouses with three bedrooms, and apartments from lofts to 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, penthouses and duplexes, including The West Block.

Somer villas are 2,982 sq ft, Tala villas 3,154 sq ft, Acacia villas 3,864 sq ft and the canal villas 5,748 sq ft of sellable area, on plots of approximately 3,767 to 10,333 sq ft.
Two three-bedroom designs over two levels, both from AED 2.8M: AlGhaf townhouses with 1,873 sq ft of sellable area on plots of approximately 2,842 sq ft, and Sikka townhouses with 1,754 sq ft on plots of approximately 2,357 sq ft.
Apartments start from AED 1M, with loft apartments of 614 to 829 sq ft, 1-bedroom homes of 807 to 1,141 sq ft, 2-bedroom homes of 1,281 to 1,346 sq ft, a 2,024 sq ft 3-bedroom duplex and a 2,336 sq ft 3-bedroom penthouse. All plans begin with 10% on signing. Options include 40:60, 50:50, 60:40 and 70:30 splits between construction and completion, or full payment on signing at a special rate.
